Patient Registration

Experience the paperless & effortless patient registration caliber of our tool that records every single detail of your patients such as their name, age, demographics, photo, etc. The tool generates UHID and delivers a Patient ID Card. Tracking the type of visits, past visits, and self/referred-by are now simplified.

Lab Management

Our Karesmart Lab Management System (KLMS) is yet another module that works both as a standalone and is also integrated into the Clinical Management System. It handles the end-to-end lab operations from managing the patients to delivering test reports. You may have a single lab or a cluster of labs, you can control it from a single window.

Setting Up

You get the complete privilege to set up and customize your Departments, (Tests, Test Packages) with charges, Turnaround time (TAT), and Report Templates as per each of your lab’s competence.

Barcode Integration

With our integrated Barcode feature, it enables you to have Barcodes for each of the test specimens. You get complete control over storing and tracking the specimens.

SMS/Email Integration

Once the tests are completed, the tool’s built-in automation feature sends an automated Test Result Completion status alert to your patients, and the Test Results are automatically emailed as PDF to patients for downloading.

Export & Print

Once the test results are available, it can be either exported as PDF based on specific tests or as per department or can also be printed for a direct physical copy to patients or for maintaining offline records.

Order Placement

Orders can be placed and tracked in the tool until the successful closure of the sample collection, testing, report generation, and payments.

BOG Coding

To track the progress of sample collection, we have designed a special color-coding sequence such as Blue, Orange, and Green (BOG). Blue represents “Not Started”, Orange represents “In Progress”, and Green represents “Successful Completion.”

Abnormality Alert

In case if the result of a specific test exceeds the Normal Range, it is highlighted in the report in RED thus making it vivid for the patient to give more attention to it. For instance, if the HDL exceeds the normal range of 80 mg/dl for men, it gets highlighted.

Due Tracker

You never have to worry again about losing track of the inflow of tests. You get the option to prioritize based on Due Dates and get it done the right way at the right time.

Analytics & Reporting

For every work done through the tool, rest assured that you’d get comprehensive reports and a dashboard from where you can monitor the whole operations, be it your clinic, labs, or pharmacies from where you can arrive at actionable conclusions.
